1. How do I book a session of paintball?
You can book easily through our Online Booking Platform, or if you’d prefer to speak to a human, give our friendly team a call on 01903 755 589 – we’re happy to help!
2. What if I want to book now but don’t know exact numbers?
No problem! Just book for the players you’ve confirmed to secure your date. You can add more players later using your booking reference (subject to availability).
3. What age do you need to be to play?

Full Impact Paintball: Ages 10+

SplatMasters Low Impact: For ages 8–12, perfect for younger players with lighter equipment and less impact. More info can be found on our homepage under the SplatMasters tab.
4. Is there a minimum number of players?

Weekends: No minimum – come solo or in a group!

Weekdays (Mon–Fri): Minimum of 15 players required to open a session. But give us a ring – we might already have something running!
5. What should I bring on the day?

Old, comfy clothes (you’ll be in the woods!)

Supportive footwear (ankle boots or trainers recommended)

Money or card for extras like paintballs, pyros (18+), snacks, and drinks
Note: We provide overalls, but you may still get dirty – that’s half the fun!
6. Can I bring my own paintballs or equipment?
No outside equipment or paintballs allowed – it’s for everyone’s safety. We provide everything you need.
7. What times are the game sessions?
Full Impact Paintball:

SplatMasters (Low Impact):

8. How many paintballs will I need?
It varies by play style, but most players use 300–500 paintballs during a half-day session. If your booking SplatMasters for 8-10 Year old
9. Can I buy more paintballs on the day?
Absolutely! Our on-site shop sells paintballs, pyrotechnics (18+), drinks, and snacks. We accept cash, debit/credit cards – but bring a physical card as Apple Pay may not work in the woodland.
10. Can I bring my own food or drinks?
No outside food is allowed (except bottled water). We’ve got a kiosk on-site serving hot dogs, snacks, and hot drinks all day.
11. What days are you open?
We’re open for bookings 7 days a week!

12. What if it rains or the weather’s bad?
Paintball goes ahead rain or shine!

Wet forecast? Bring waterproof gear and solid footwear.

Hot weather? Our marshals are trained to manage hydration and provide regular breaks.
13. What happens if someone in my group doesn’t show up?
We don’t offer refunds, but if their package included paintballs, those will be shared with the rest of your group.
14. What if I can’t find the venue?
If you cannot find us using the postcode then please use “What3Words” this app can be downloaded free on your phone and will take your to our exact location.

15. How are players grouped on the day?
We arrange our games using our Compatible Pairing policy, this mean we will run a adult group and junior group on most occasions, when this is not the case, we run a family friendly session that increase group numbers and makes the event more enjoyable. Staff supervise the games at all times and a minimum shooting distance of 20ft is applied to all game zones.
SplatMaster paintball (8-10 Year olds) are always kept separate to our other sessions and do not come into contact with adult paintball.
16. Can I book a private or corporate session?
Yes! We offer private and corporate bookings. Call us on 01732 678 600 to chat with one of our team and we’ll sort everything for you.
17. Do I need to fill out a declaration form?
Yes – all players must complete a declaration form before entering the venue. Under 16s will need their groups supervisor to sign on their behalf and the supervisor should get prior approval from their parents before signing.
18. Can I spectate?
For safety reasons, we don’t allow spectators on the game fields. Our marshals are fully focused on player safety during gameplay. There is a basecamp where you can wait in a sheltered area.
